# Use the receptionist a partner set up for you

> Sign in on your partner's address, pay your partner for your package, and find your partner's support and legal links when a LobbyStack partner runs your AI receptionist.

If a company set up your AI receptionist and bills you for it, that company is a LobbyStack partner. You sign in on the partner's address, you pay the partner, and the partner is who you contact for help. This page covers what's different from an account you open with LobbyStack yourself.

## Sign in on your partner's address

Your invitation email comes from your partner, under its name. Its link opens your partner's address, such as `acme.receptionistportal.com` or `app.acmeagency.com`:

**1. Open the invitation link**

Open the link in the email within 7 days. If it expired, ask your partner for a new invitation.

**2. Pay for your package, if asked**

If your partner sells you a package, the page names it with its minutes and chats each month. Click **Continue to payment** and pay at the Stripe checkout, which shows your partner's name. Stripe brings you back to sign in.

**3. Sign in or create your account**

Click **Create account to accept** or **Sign in to accept**, using the email address the invitation names. Then click **Accept invitation**.

**4. Verify your phone**

Onboarding asks you to verify your mobile number. When your business runs out of minutes and has no transfer number, calls forward to that phone.

Your partner's address offers email and password sign-in, without **Continue with Google**. Your account works on other LobbyStack addresses too, with the same email and password, but each address asks you to sign in once.

If you sign in and see **No business here yet**, you're on another address or another account. Open the link in your invitation email, or sign in with the address it was sent to.

## What your dashboard includes

Your partner chose how much of the dashboard your team uses. With **Full access**, you run the receptionist yourself: its knowledge, hours, services, team and phone number, plus everything in **Activity only**. With **Activity only**, you see calls, chats, appointments, contacts and messages, and your partner sets up the receptionist.

At either level, your dashboard leaves out API keys, AI assistant connections and LobbyStack's own plans. The rest of the dashboard works as the [dashboard guides](https://docs.lobbystack.com/dashboard/home.md) describe.

## Pay your partner

Your partner sets your price and bills you through its own payment account. Owners and admins open **Settings** > **Billing** to see the package, with its minutes and chats each month, and whether it's paid:

* **Manage billing** opens Stripe's billing portal, where you update your card, download invoices or cancel.
* **Subscribe** appears when you haven't paid yet or your subscription ended.

Prices appear only on Stripe's checkout and invoices. Your package renews on the 1st of each month, in UTC. If your partner bills you another way, the page says your partner bills you directly and asks you to contact them.

**Settings** > **Usage** shows this month's minutes and chats against your package. Owners and admins get an email at 80% and at 100% of either. Once you reach your package's limit, calls forward to your transfer number or your verified phone, and your website chat shows **We can't reply here right now. Please call us or try again later.** If your partner allows extra usage, your receptionist keeps answering, and the page shows what you used past your package.

## Get help and read your partner's policies

Your partner's terms of service, privacy policy and support link appear below the sign-in form and in the dashboard's account menu. The support link opens your partner's support page, or its support email. Replies to your partner's emails go to its support email too.

Contact your partner for help, billing questions and changes to your plan. LobbyStack doesn't contact the businesses a partner serves.

## Your partner's team inside your business

People on your partner's team can open your business to set it up or support you. They work from their own console, so they don't appear on your team list, and you can't invite them to your team. Your business's audit log records each time one of them opens it.

## Where you might see LobbyStack's name

A few services run on LobbyStack's accounts, so they name LobbyStack:

* the Google Calendar and Instagram consent screens, when you connect them
* the text with the code that verifies your phone
* your customers' first appointment text and the reply when they text HELP

## Move your business to LobbyStack directly

Only your partner can release your business to you. Once released, you keep the business and its receptionist on LobbyStack's Free plan, pay LobbyStack directly, and sign in at `app.lobbystack.com`. Ask your partner if you want to leave.
