LobbyStack includes two distinct SMS features. Every plan includes alert SMS — automated text summaries sent to you after each call so you never miss what happened while you were busy. The two-way AI SMS add-on goes further: it lets the AI have full text conversations with your callers, follow up after missed calls, and send appointment confirmations — all without you doing anything.

Alert SMS

Alert SMS is included on all plans — Free, Pro, and Enterprise — at no extra charge. After every call, LobbyStack sends a text message to your verified phone number with a structured summary of what happened: caller name, phone number, their reason for calling, and any key details the AI captured.

What you receive

Each alert SMS includes:
  • Caller name and phone number
  • The purpose of the call (booking request, question, urgent issue, etc.)
  • A brief summary of the conversation
  • Any follow-up action flagged by the AI

How to enable alert SMS

Alert SMS is on by default. To receive messages, your phone number must be verified in your account settings.
  1. Go to Settings in your dashboard.
  2. Confirm your phone number is listed and verified.
  3. If your number is not yet verified, follow the on-screen prompts to add and verify it.
Once your number is verified, you will receive a summary text after every call automatically.
Alert SMS segments are included in your monthly plan allowance. Free plan includes 10 segments per month; Pro includes 50 segments per month, then $0.02 per additional segment. A long summary may use more than one segment.
