Onboarding steps
Create your account
Go to the LobbyStack sign-up page and enter your email address and a password. LobbyStack uses email and password authentication — there is no third-party login required.Once you submit the form, you are signed in and taken directly into onboarding.See Create and configure your LobbyStack account for details on managing your account settings after signup.
Verify your mobile number
LobbyStack asks for your mobile phone number and sends a one-time verification code by SMS. Enter the code to confirm your number.Your verified number is used in the next step to suggest a local business number with a matching area code. It is not shared with callers.
Claim your dedicated phone number
LobbyStack suggests a local number based on your verified phone’s area code. You can accept the suggestion or search by city, area code, or choose a toll-free number instead.Once you confirm, that number is reserved exclusively for your business. Callers will dial this number to reach your AI receptionist. Import your website (optional)
LobbyStack can scan your business website and use the content to answer caller questions — services, hours, pricing, location, and more. Enter your website URL and LobbyStack will import it automatically.You can skip this step and add website content later from your dashboard, or add information manually through the knowledge base.
Your receptionist goes live
After you claim your number, your AI receptionist is active immediately. Any call to your LobbyStack number is answered by the AI. You can customize your greeting, call-handling rules, and knowledge base at any time from the dashboard without taking the receptionist offline.
