The Settings > Account page manages your sign-in credentials. Use Settings > Team to change the active business name.

Change your email address

Enter the new email address

Open Settings > Account and choose Change email.

Confirm the request

Submit the form.

Verify the address

Open the verification message at the new address and follow its confirmation link.
Your current email address remains active until verification succeeds.

Change your password

Choose Change password, enter your current password, and create a new unique password. If you cannot sign in, use Forgot password from the login page instead. LobbyStack never asks you to send a password, reset token, or verification link to support staff.
