The console’s Settings page holds settings that apply to everyone on your team. It has one setting, Share telemetry data, which decides whether the console sends LobbyStack anonymized usage and error data. Everyone on your team sees the setting, and owners and admins change it.

Turn telemetry on or off

Telemetry starts on for a new partner. To change it, open Settings and switch Share telemetry data on or off. The console starts or stops sending data right away, for your whole team.

What the setting covers

The setting covers how your team uses the console on LobbyStack’s domain, app.lobbystack.com. Your own addresses never load LobbyStack’s analytics, so the console sends nothing from them whatever the setting says. Each business’s dashboard follows the business’s own Share telemetry data switch instead, under Settings > Preferences. That holds even while someone on your team has the business open. The console’s session recordings hide your clients’ business names and owners’ emails, your team’s names and emails, and your partner’s name.
