Put the business on a managed plan
Operator platform keys only; any other key gets a 403 forbidden. Puts the business on the enterprise plan outside Polar, which unlocks what a paid plan unlocks while the operator bills the business directly, and removes a spending cap left from an earlier plan. A business with a live Polar subscription is a 409. If the business later starts a Starter or Pro subscription in Polar, Polar takes over.
